- Our only website is bizakandco.com. Be cautious of look-alike domains with extra words, hyphens, or different endings.
- Our only customer email address is sales@bizakandco.com. We will never contact you from a free or personal email account asking for payment.
- Our phone number is (774) 339-9716. When in doubt, call us directly to confirm any message you have received.
How we handle payments
- Wire and payment instructions are sent only from our official email and confirmed verbally by phone. Always call us to verbally confirm bank details before sending any funds — even if the instructions appear to come from us.
- We never request payment to a personal account, through social-media direct messages, or via gift cards.
- If banking details in an email ever look different from what we confirmed by phone, stop and contact us immediately.
Social media & messaging
Scammers frequently copy dealers’ photos and create fake profiles on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Always confirm you are speaking with our official accounts, and verify any deal through the phone number and email above before sending money.
