Most dealers in this market are strictly final-sale. The big names give you 5 or 7 days. We give you 90 calendar days for store credit, as long as the watch comes back unworn and in original condition with its packaging and papers. No restocking fees, no interrogation. Sourcing starts with a $150 deposit. If we can't fulfill your request, it's refunded — no questions asked. Plenty of dealers in this business keep your deposit the moment you change your mind. Every watch is hands-on inspected, serial-matched to its papers, and guaranteed genuine — read exactly how in our authenticity guarantee. Mechanical function is covered by our 5-year warranty: if something inside stops doing its job under normal wear, we make it right.

Wire instructions come only from sales@bizakandco.com and we confirm bank details verbally by phone before you send anything.
