A sourcing catalogue with a personal point of contact

Every watch is sourced to order. We confirm availability, the specific watch’s condition, included accessories and final price before you approve the purchase. Catalogue images may be reference images rather than photographs of the exact watch.

Your $200 deposit

A $200 deposit starts your sourcing request. It is non-refundable unless Bizak & Co. cannot fulfill your order. Availability and the final price require confirmation before you pay the remaining balance.

Payments and insured delivery

We accept wire and cryptocurrency through an invoice arranged by our team. Always verify payment instructions using our published contact details.

For wire payments, dispatch takes 2–3 business days after your wire clears. U.S. shipping is $100 for overnight delivery; international shipping is $500. We do not offer other U.S. shipping services. International transit times vary by destination and customs clearance.

Shipping is insured through IFS (Inforsure). Bizak manages insured carrier-loss or damage claims through delivery. See our shipping policy and buyer safety guide.

90-day returns for store credit on eligible watches

Eligible watches can be returned within 90 calendar days of delivery for store credit only, subject to the original condition, packaging and documentation requirements. Brand-new watches, leather goods and other excluded categories are final sale. Read the complete return policy before purchasing.

Authentication and warranty

The specific sourced watch is inspected before dispatch. Read our authentication process and five-year warranty terms, exclusions and claim steps.

If something is wrong

Contact us promptly with your invoice and photographs if the watch arrives damaged or does not match the agreed description. We will investigate and explain the next steps.
