Watch Servicing & Repairs

Arrange servicing or a repair through Bizak & Co. for your luxury watch. Whether it has stopped, is gaining or losing time, or has a damaged component, start by describing the problem and the watch reference.

Request a service assessment

Start with an assessment

  1. Tell us what has changed. Include the reference, approximate age, last service if known, and when the symptoms began. Mention any impact, water exposure or previous work.
  2. Review the proposed work. Our team confirms the assessment process, any diagnostic charge, repair scope, parts options, estimated timing and shipping arrangements before you proceed.
  3. Approve the quote. Agree the work and cost before authorizing a repair. Ask for the applicable service warranty and any limitations in writing.

Keep the details that matter to you

If originality matters, tell us before authorizing work. Specify whether you want the dial, hands, bezel and case finish preserved, and discuss replacement parts and polishing separately. Parts availability and the condition of the watch can affect what is possible.

Was the watch purchased from Bizak?

If you believe the issue falls under your Bizak & Co. warranty, include your invoice number so we can review that route first. A repair inquiry does not by itself confirm warranty coverage.

Bizak & Co. is an independent dealer. Manufacturer-authorized service and any remaining manufacturer warranty should be discussed before work is arranged.
