Watch Customization
Discuss a personalized watch configuration with Bizak & Co. Tell us the reference you own or want to source and the change you have in mind, such as a dial, bezel, bracelet or strap. We review compatibility, available parts and the proposed work before quoting.
From idea to an agreed specification
- Describe your starting point. Share the watch reference, current configuration and any prior modifications.
- Explain the result you want. Include the style, material, color, budget and timing. If you have an inspiration image, our team can explain how to share it.
- Review the specification and quote. Confirm the parts, their origin, the work involved, cost, timing and applicable terms before authorizing changes.
Factory parts and aftermarket parts are different
Request clear identification of original factory, service-replacement and aftermarket components. An aftermarket modification is not a factory-issued configuration. Changes can affect resale value, water resistance, manufacturer service eligibility and warranty coverage; discuss these points for your specific watch.
Before you commit
Ask whether the change is reversible, which original parts will be returned and what testing is included. Customized and engraved pieces are subject to our final-sale exclusions. Review the written quote and applicable warranty terms before proceeding.
If you want an existing factory configuration instead, use our watch sourcing service.
