Five-year Bizak & Co. watch warranty
Our five-year warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the mechanical operation of your watch under normal use. Coverage begins on delivery and is provided by Bizak & Co.; it is separate from any remaining manufacturer warranty.
What is excluded
Accidental damage, misuse, water damage, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, loss and theft are not covered. Contact us before arranging third-party service or modifications; unauthorized work can invalidate coverage for affected components.
Coverage and service availability for vintage or modified pieces are confirmed in writing before purchase, because parts availability and the watch’s configuration may limit repair options. Refer to the coverage confirmed for your specific watch.
How to request service
- Contact sales@bizakandco.com or (774) 339-9716 with your invoice number, watch reference and a description of the problem.
- Our team will explain the inspection process, shipping instructions and any applicable costs before you send the watch.
- After inspection, we confirm the coverage decision and proposed repair. Repair timing depends on the fault and parts availability.
Please obtain shipping instructions before sending a watch to either address. This warranty is separate from our return policy and does not replace applicable statutory rights.
