Our Team
Bizak & Co. is a family business. It began in 1996 in Poland, where our father dealt in art, sculpture and jewellery, and where one of us learned the jeweller's craft as a teenager alongside his older brother. The watches came later. The habits — examine everything, price it honestly, stand behind it — came first.

Who you deal with
You deal with the family directly. There is no call centre and no commissioned sales floor. The person who answers the phone helps coordinate your sourcing request, and if we do not know the answer to something about a reference, we say so and go and find out.
That matters most on the two occasions where a dealer can quietly cost you money: when you are buying something you have only seen in photographs, and when you are selling something you have owned for years and have no independent read on. In both cases you are relying on the other side's judgement being both competent and disclosed.
How we source your watch
Our website is a catalogue of references we can help you obtain. Watches are sourced to order rather than held as office inventory. We confirm the specific watch, condition, included accessories and final price before you approve the purchase.
The sourced watch is inspected before dispatch. We explain any disclosed service replacements or modifications and confirm the documentation available for that piece. Catalogue images may be reference images; ask us about photographs of the specific watch.
How we price
Against the live secondary market, not against a wish. Our asking prices move when the market moves, which is why a reference can be worth less this quarter than last and we will tell you that when you ask what yours is worth. A dealer who quotes you last year's number is not doing you a favour.
Where we are
Harbour Club Miami Beach, a private members’ club at 1766 Bay Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Clients who are not members can attend as our guests with access arranged in advance. Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM ET, by appointment so that a specialist is available to discuss your request. Details and directions.
Most of our clients never visit. Every order ships fully insured, with the shipping service and charges described in our shipping policy.
