Most places give you 7 days to return a watch.

We won’t give you 14.

Not even 30.

We give you full 90 days.

Not because we have to—but because we actually trust our clients.

After 30+ years in this business, we've learned that when you treat people right, they treat you right back. That’s why we don’t hide behind strict return windows or restocking fees. If something’s not perfect, just send it back in original condition. No questions. No pressure. No problem.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

• We accept returns within 90 calendar days of delivery and those are eligible for store credit only.
• Items must be returned:
• In unworn and unaltered condition
• With all original packaging, tags, and documentation
• Alongside the original receipt, items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable and considered final sale:
• Brand new watches
• Limited Edition watches requested by the client
• Engraved or custom pieces
• Leather goods
• Any product marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Bizak & Co. retains sole discretion in determining the eligibility of returned merchandise based on condition.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

Returned items must be in the exact condition as sold. Any signs of wear, bracelet sizing, damage, or missing components may void return eligibility.

International Orders

At Bizak & Co. we are not responsible for any delays, duties, taxes, or additional import fees associated with international shipping. Customs fees and sales tax on international orders cannot be refunded.
