Can I come and try on some watches in person?

Of course! But before skipping over with excitement, we just need to know who you are and that you’re ready to make your dream watch a reality.

Please send us a copy of your ID and a quick screenshot showing you’ve got the funds to buy. We want to make everyone’s visit special—but no window shopping, sorry!

A small non-refundable deposit is needed, but it goes toward your purchase. It keeps things safe and friendly for everyone.

How do you figure out your prices?

We keep things simple—our prices are as low as we can make them, and what you see is what you pay.

We adjust them every day, always chasing the best deal in the marketplace. If we wanted to haggle like a street market, we’d put a “make an offer” button right on the page.

Just remember: the price online is firm.

Do prices ever go up?

Sometimes prices change—just like Grandma’s cookies if they go viral! If a watch gets rare or hard to find, we might need to adjust.

But don’t worry: we won't collect payment on any watch until we are certain we can deliver it at the price on the website.

 What do you mean by “Box/Papers”?

This means your watch comes with its box and the official paperwork (like warranty cards or certificates)—just what the manufacturer includes.

Some brands do paper documents, some use fancy plastic cards. If we got extra things like hang tags or manuals, you get them too, but we can’t promise every tiny extra.

We only sell watches with Original Box and Original Papers.

Is it possible to get more pictures of a watch?

You’ll find lots of beautiful and professional pics (and sometimes videos) of each watch on our site—no blurry phone pics here!

If you need even more, the official brand website is a treasure trove. We work hard to make sure what you see is what you get.

Nevertheless we if you'd like to see the watch from a different angle just contact us we're happy to provide that for you.

How come your prices are so low?

We’re a family company with low overhead, no fancy shop front, and a knack for finding great deals.

We cut out the big expenses so you get great watches at better prices—like getting fresh bread straight from the bakery.

Are you open on weekends?

We take some calls and answer a few emails for paying customers on weekends, but watch pickups are weekdays only (by appointment, please).

Our watches sleep safely off-site on weekends, so plan ahead if you want to pick up soon!

Who has to pay sales tax?

Only our neighbors in Florida pay sales tax—no tax for friends shopping from outside.

(Sorry, we can’t bend the rules—ever.)

Why do you need a deposit? Is it refundable?

A deposit reserves your watch and shows you’re serious. It’s non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we can’t fill your order.

Think of it like saving you a slice of cake at a birthday party—once you leave a deposit, that cake (or watch) is just for you!

Why can’t I pay with a card or PayPal?

Blame the fraudsters and high fees! We keep everyone safe and pass the savings on to you by accepting only wire transfers (plus sometimes Zelle or Venmo for deposits).

This way, you get the very best price since we don’t have to cover card fees.

Will you match another dealers price?

Yes—if it’s from a genuine, U.S. dealer, for the same watch, in the same condition, and sitting in stock ready to ship.

Just show us proof and as long as it’s the real thing, we’ll match!

Will my new watch have stickers on it?

Brand new watches, especially Rolex since 2018, ship from the maker without stickers.

Rest assured, you’ll get the earliest possible year of the watch.

How do I buy a watch and what's your best price?

Find your dream watch on our site, check the price, click “buy now,” fill in your address, and pay by wire transfer.

We’ll take care of the rest and ship your watch safely to you.

The prices are firm.

 If I click “buy now,” does that guarantee I get the watch at that price?

Not until you pay or leave a deposit!

The “buy now” button lets us know you’re interested, but only payment locks in the deal.

How can I make sure the watch is in stock?

Most watches are either in stock or can be ordered quickly.

If you really want to make sure before buying, just call us—ready and willing to purchase, please! No tire-kicking; just real, ready buyers get our phone time.

Can I see a watch’s serial number before buying?

Sorry, we only share serial numbers with the final customer—after you pay.

This way, everyone’s privacy and security is protected.

Can I send a long list of questions about a watch by email?

Our website listings are super detailed—almost all your answers are there!

However if you do have a burning question feel free to contact us.

If I email you to call me, when will you get back to me?

If you messaged during business hours, we’ll call back as soon as we can, usually the same day.

If it’s busy, hang tight—we’re probably helping another watch-lover just like you!

I called but didn’t get through. Are you there?

Our family does need to eat, sleep, and take breaks, just like yours.

If we missed you, promise we’ll call back—just make sure it’s during our listed business hours.

Will I get the VIP treatment like at a fancy authorized dealer?

We give you amazing prices and the fastest possible delivery, but if you’re after velvet gloves, champagne service, or a 2-year waitlist, an authorized dealer is your spot.

We do however offer personalized service for our VIP'S orders, so if you're ready for something special - just let us know.
