Yes. You can book a consultation before paying a deposit at Harbour Club Miami Beach, a private members’ club at 1766 Bay Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Non-members can attend as our guests; we arrange entry in advance. All watches are sourced, so tell us which references interest you and we will confirm whether a viewing can be arranged. ID verification is required and our team explains the process when booking. Do not send ID copies or bank screenshots through the general inquiry form. Book an appointment.
How do you figure out your prices?
Our listed prices reflect market conditions and can change. Use Make an Offer to submit a proposal, or contact our team to confirm availability and the final price before paying the remaining balance.
Do prices ever go up?
Prices can change with market conditions and sourcing availability. The $200 deposit starts a reservation request; a specialist confirms the final price before you pay the balance. If Bizak & Co. cannot fulfill your order, your deposit is refunded.
What does “box and papers” mean?
Box and papers means the packaging and manufacturer documentation supplied with a specific watch. Contents vary by watch: we confirm the included box, warranty card or papers, manuals and accessories before you approve the sourced piece. Catalogue images do not confirm which accessories are included.
Is it possible to get more pictures of a watch?
Contact us with the watch reference to ask which additional photos are available. Some listings currently have only one reference image. We will confirm whether photos of the specific watch can be provided before you proceed.
How do you source watches?
We source watches through suppliers after discussing your preferred reference, condition and budget. Catalogue prices are asking prices subject to availability and final confirmation. Contact us for the details of a specific piece.
Are you open on weekends?
Our appointment and customer-service hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM ET. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Arrange a weekday appointment.
How are taxes handled?
Applicable taxes depend on the order and delivery destination. Review the tax and shipping amounts on your invoice before paying. International recipients are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges. Contact us if you need the charges clarified.
Why do you need a deposit? Is it refundable?
A $200 deposit starts your sourcing request. It is non-refundable unless Bizak & Co. cannot fulfill your order. We confirm the specific watch, availability and final price before you pay the remaining balance. Bank wire and cryptocurrency payments are arranged by invoice.

Can I ask you to review another dealer’s price?
Send us the listing and reference. We will compare the condition, year, included accessories and availability, then confirm whether we can offer a comparable watch at your target price.
Will a watch have stickers or protective films?
Protective films, stickers and accessories vary by watch. We confirm the condition and supplied items for the specific piece before purchase; do not infer them from catalogue photographs.
How do I buy a watch?
Choose a reference and contact a specialist, submit an offer, or start a $200 sourcing request. We confirm availability, the specific watch and the final price, then issue payment instructions for bank wire or cryptocurrency. The deposit is non-refundable unless we cannot fulfill your order.
Does reserving a watch guarantee availability and the listed price?
A specialist must confirm availability and the final price. A reservation request does not guarantee availability. If Bizak & Co. cannot fulfill your order, your deposit is refunded.
Are catalogue watches held in stock?
No. Our website is a sourcing catalogue showing references we can help you obtain. All watches are sourced. A listing does not mean the watch is at our office or ready for immediate dispatch. Contact us to confirm the available piece, condition, accessories and final price.
Can I see a watch’s serial number before buying?
Sorry, we only share serial numbers with the final customer—after you pay.

When will my watch ship and what does delivery cost?
For wire payments, dispatch takes 2–3 business days after the wire clears. U.S. overnight shipping costs $100; international shipping costs $500. We offer no other U.S. shipping service. International transit varies with destination and customs. Shipping is insured through IFS (Inforsure). Read the shipping policy.
Can I ask about paying in installments?
Shop Pay Installments is enabled for eligible checkout purchases, subject to approval and the options shown at checkout. Our reserve checkout charges a $200 deposit only; an installment plan for that deposit does not finance the remaining watch balance. Contact us before paying a deposit to discuss whether a full-purchase checkout can be arranged for your watch.
