Watches sourced for you

Our website is a sourcing catalogue showing references we can help you find. A listing does not mean a watch is held at our office or ready for immediate dispatch. We confirm the specific watch, condition, included accessories, availability and final price with you.

Reservation and payment

A $200 deposit starts your sourcing request. It is non-refundable unless Bizak & Co. cannot fulfill your order. Availability and the final price require confirmation before you pay the remaining balance.

We accept bank wire and cryptocurrency through an invoice arranged by our team. Contact us before sending payment; your invoice contains the payment instructions. Read our wire guide, crypto guide and payment verification guidance.

Dispatch and shipping charges

For wire payments, dispatch takes 2–3 business days after your wire clears. U.S. shipping is $100 for overnight delivery; international shipping is $500. We do not offer other U.S. shipping services. International transit times vary by destination and customs clearance.

For cryptocurrency payments, the invoice confirms when payment is considered received and the dispatch schedule. Carrier delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are separate from sourcing and preparation time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Insured delivery

We arrange insured shipping through IFS (Inforsure), with tracking and a signature required on delivery. Bizak manages insured carrier-loss or damage claims through delivery. If a shipment is missing or arrives damaged, contact us promptly and retain the packaging and photographs so we can investigate.

International orders

International shipping costs $500. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing can affect delivery times. We confirm destination eligibility before accepting your order.
