Rose Gold Rolex Daytona: Everose References, Dials and Oysterflex Options

Rolex Cosmograph Daytona in Everose rose gold

A rose gold Rolex Daytona is a Cosmograph Daytona cased in 18 ct Everose gold, Rolex's own pink gold alloy. Today it comes two ways: the 126515LN on a black Oysterflex strap with a black Cerachrom bezel, or the 126505 on a solid Everose Oyster bracelet with a metal tachymetric bezel. Both are 40 mm and run on Rolex's caliber 4131. This guide explains the references, the dial choices, and how Everose compares with yellow and white gold. Bizak & Co. is a sourcing desk, not an authorised Rolex retailer, so every watch here is sourced to order.

What is a rose gold Rolex Daytona?

It is a Daytona chronograph in Everose gold, the name Rolex gives to its 18 ct pink gold, which Rolex says it uses across its Oyster models in pink gold. Rolex describes Everose as an alloy that includes a small amount of platinum, which is meant to help the color resist fading. The result is a warmer, softer tone than yellow gold and a very different look from the steel and white gold models. If you want the wider picture across the brand, our rose gold Rolex guide covers Everose in the Day-Date and Sky-Dweller too.

Which Everose Daytona references exist?

The current references are the 126515LN on Oysterflex and the 126505 on an Oyster bracelet, and both replaced earlier numbers. The 116515LN is generally reported as the first Everose Daytona on Oysterflex, from around 2017, and the 126515LN as its successor from around 2023. The 116505, an Everose Daytona on an Oyster bracelet with caliber 4130, was replaced by the 126505 in 2023. Collector sources also list diamond-set Everose Daytonas, such as the 126535TBR, which sit outside this simple comparison.

Reference Role Strap or bracelet Bezel Notes
116515LN Earlier generation Oysterflex Black ceramic Generally reported as the first Everose Oysterflex Daytona
126515LN Current Oysterflex model Oysterflex Black Cerachrom Successor to the 116515LN
126505 Current Oyster bracelet model Everose Oyster, solid links Fixed Everose gold, engraved tachymetric scale Entire watch in gold

Oysterflex or Oyster bracelet: which suits a rose gold Daytona?

Choose Oysterflex for comfort and a sportier look, and the Oyster bracelet for a full gold presentation. Oysterflex is Rolex's patented elastomer bracelet with a flexible metal blade inside, and Rolex fits it only to certain solid gold models, which is why steel Daytonas never wear it. It is lighter on the wrist than a gold bracelet and ends in a Glidelock-style extension clasp for fine adjustment. The Oyster bracelet in Everose looks more formal and feels heavier, and the matching metal bezel reads more like jewelry. Our Rolex Daytona on rubber strap page shows the Oysterflex family across metals.

How do the 126515LN and 126505 compare?

They share the case size and movement, and differ in strap, bezel and dial range. The table lists the facts that match Rolex's specifications.

Spec 126515LN 126505

What dial choices do rose gold Daytonas offer?

Dial options have centered on chocolate brown, black and pink tones, with some diamond-set versions. Rolex lists a bright chocolate and black dial on the 126505, and dealer sources describe brown, pink and black-and-diamond dials on Oysterflex models. Dial names change between production years and markets, so confirm the exact dial of the unit you are considering rather than relying on a nickname. Rolex's own references are the safest way to check what a given reference shipped with.

How does Everose differ from yellow and white gold on a Daytona?

Everose is a pink tone between the bright yellow of yellow gold and the cool silver of white gold. Rolex offers the Daytona in all three on Oysterflex: 126515LN in Everose, 126518LN in yellow and 126519LN in white. Rose gold tends to pair best with brown and champagne dials, yellow gold with black and green accents, and white gold with a stealthy steel-like look at a gold price. We compare the others in our yellow gold Daytona guide and white gold Daytona guide, and you can browse each metal in our yellow gold Daytona and white gold Daytona collections.

Metal Oysterflex reference Look
Everose gold 126515LN Warm pink, softer than yellow
Yellow gold 126518LN Classic bright gold
White gold 126519LN Cool, silvery, understated
