The Patek Philippe Calatrava Pilot Travel Time Chronograph 5924G-010 is the 42 mm white gold Pilot-style flyback chronograph with a lacquered khaki green dial and an olive green calfskin strap. Its self-winding calibre CH 28-520 C FUS adds a Travel Time second time zone with day/night apertures and a date by hand that follows local time; the case is 13.05 mm thick and water-resistant to 30 m. Bizak & Co. sources it to order: you approve real photos and today's price before anything beyond the $200 deposit is charged.

What sets the 5924G-010 apart

  • The first Pilot chronograph: Patek Philippe's Pilot style draws on its aviator watches of the 1930s, and the first Pilot-style model arrived in 2015. The 5924, introduced in 2023, is the first Pilot model with a chronograph.
  • Three complications on one dial: a flyback chronograph with a central chronograph hand and a 60-minute counter at 6 o'clock; Travel Time, with a solid hour hand for local time, a skeletonized hour hand for home time and LOCAL and HOME day/night apertures; and a date subdial at 12 o'clock coupled with local time.
  • An uncluttered case: the chronograph pushers sit at 2 and 4 o'clock, and local time is set with large correction push-pieces at 8 and 10 o'clock, worked with a correction stylus supplied with the watch instead of the usual pushers. Each press moves the local hour hand one hour forward (8 o'clock) or back (10 o'clock), and the date follows when local time passes midnight.
  • Calibre CH 28-520 C FUS: a column wheel with a vertical disk clutch, so the chronograph hand can run permanently as a seconds hand; 370 parts, 34 jewels, 4 Hz, 45 to 55 hours of power reserve, a 21K gold central rotor and the Patek Philippe Seal, visible through the sapphire crystal case back.
  • Khaki green against blue-gray: the -010 has a lacquered khaki green dial, white gold applied numerals filled with luminescent coating, white gold sword-style hands and an olive green vintage-finish calfskin strap with cream stitching on a white gold clevis prong buckle. The 5924G-001 has the same case and movement with a sunburst blue-gray dial, a blued white gold local-time hand and a grained navy blue calfskin strap.

5924G-010 price

The Patek Philippe 5924G-010 is the khaki green version of the Calatrava Pilot Travel Time Chronograph, the first Pilot model Patek Philippe has fitted with a chronograph. The Pilot style draws on the aviator watches Patek Philippe made in the 1930s. The first Pilot-style model arrived in 2015, the family grew with Travel Time models and a Grand Complication Alarm Travel Time, and in 2023 Patek Philippe introduced the 5924 in two white gold versions: the blue-gray 5924G-001 and this 5924G-010.

A lacquered khaki green dial carries white gold applied Arabic numerals, recessed and filled with luminescent coating, and white gold sword-style hands: a luminescent solid hand for local time and a skeletonized, white varnished hand for home time. The date sits in a subdial at 12 o'clock and the 60-minute chronograph counter at 6 o'clock, while two small apertures marked LOCAL and HOME show whether it is day or night in each time zone. The 42 mm white gold case is 13.05 mm thick, has a sapphire crystal case back and is water-resistant to 30 m. It is worn on an olive green calfskin strap with a vintage finish and cream stitching, closed by a white gold clevis prong buckle.

The chronograph starts and stops with the pusher at 2 o'clock. The pusher at 4 o'clock resets it; pressed while the chronograph is running, it sends the hands back to zero and restarts them at once, which is the flyback function. For travel, Patek Philippe replaced the usual side pushers with large push-pieces at 8 and 10 o'clock, worked with a correction stylus supplied with the watch: each press moves the local hour hand one hour forward or back, the skeleton hand stays on home time, and the date follows local time past midnight. Back home, you bring the two hour hands together again.

Inside is the self-winding calibre CH 28-520 C FUS: 370 parts, 34 jewels, a 21K gold central rotor, a Gyromax balance and a Spiromax balance spring beating at 4 Hz, with 45 to 55 hours of power reserve. It keeps the traditional column wheel but uses a vertical disk clutch rather than toothed wheels, which Patek Philippe says causes almost no wear, so the chronograph hand can run all day as a seconds hand. The movement carries the Patek Philippe Seal, and Patek Philippe recommends a service every eight to ten years.

FAQ

1. What is the Patek Philippe 5924G?
The 5924G is Patek Philippe's Calatrava Pilot Travel Time Chronograph in white gold: a 42 mm, 13.05 mm thick Pilot-style watch with a self-winding flyback chronograph, a Travel Time second time zone and a date by hand coupled with local time, driven by calibre CH 28-520 C FUS. Patek Philippe introduced it in 2023 as the first Pilot model with a chronograph, in two versions: the 5924G-001 with a sunburst blue-gray dial and the 5924G-010 with a lacquered khaki green dial.

2. What is the difference between the 5924G-001 and the 5924G-010?
Only the dial, hands and strap. The 5924G-010 has a lacquered khaki green dial, white gold hands and an olive green calfskin strap with a vintage finish; the 5924G-001 has a sunburst blue-gray dial, a blued white gold local-time hand and a grained navy blue calfskin strap. Both have the same 42 mm white gold case, calibre CH 28-520 C FUS and a US retail price of $88,648 on patek.com (October 12, 2026).

3. How does the Travel Time function work on the 5924G-010?
The watch has two central hour hands. The solid hand shows local time and the skeletonized hand shows home time; at home they sit on top of each other. When you travel, each press on the push-piece at 8 o'clock moves the local hour hand one hour forward and each press at 10 o'clock moves it one hour back, while the skeleton hand stays on home time. The LOCAL and HOME apertures show day (white) or night (blue) in each zone, and the date at 12 o'clock follows local time. Patek Philippe supplies a correction stylus for these push-pieces and says no other tool should be used on them.

4. What movement is in the 5924G-010?
Calibre CH 28-520 C FUS, Patek Philippe's self-winding flyback chronograph movement with Travel Time: 31 mm across, 6.95 mm thick, 370 parts, 34 jewels, 4 Hz (28,800 semi-oscillations per hour), 45 to 55 hours of power reserve, a 21K gold central rotor, Gyromax balance and Spiromax balance spring, with the Patek Philippe Seal. It keeps a column wheel but uses a vertical disk clutch, so the chronograph hand can also run all day as a seconds hand without extra wear. Patek Philippe recommends a service every eight to ten years.

5. How big is the 5924G and is it water-resistant?
The white gold case is 42 mm across and 13.05 mm thick, with a sapphire crystal case back, and it is water-resistant to 30 m. Patek Philippe advises keeping a leather-strap watch away from direct contact with water and never using the crown, pushers or correctors underwater.

6. How does the 5924G compare with the 5524 Pilot Travel Time?
The 5524 has the same 42 mm Pilot look and Travel Time display but no chronograph. Patek Philippe lists the current 5524G-010 and 5524R-001 at 10.78 mm thick, with calibre 26-330 S C FUS (35 to 45 hours of power reserve), screw-down time-zone pushers and a US retail price of $67,267. The 5924G is 13.05 mm thick, adds the flyback chronograph and 45 to 55 hours of reserve, and sets local time with stylus-operated push-pieces. Bizak & Co. lists the 5524G-010 from $63,000 and the 5524R-001 from $45,732, both brand new (October 12, 2026).

7. How much is the Patek Philippe 5924G-010?
Bizak & Co. lists the 5924G-010 brand new from $67,365 (October 12, 2026), sourced to order. Patek Philippe's US retail price on patek.com the same day was $88,648. The final price is confirmed with real photos before you pay more than the $200 deposit, which is credited to the price.

8. Does a sourced 5924G-010 come with papers and a warranty?
Patek Philippe delivers each watch with a certificate of origin recording its movement and case numbers; it is valid only when dated and signed by an Authorized Patek Philippe Retailer and completed with the owner's name, and it validates the manufacturer warranty. We confirm the box and papers of the watch we locate with you, with real photos, before you pay more than the deposit; on a 5924, also ask about the correction stylus for the local-time push-pieces. Bizak & Co. adds its own five-year warranty on manufacturing defects affecting the mechanical operation under normal use.
