The Nautilus 5740/1G-001 uses Patek Philippe’s self-winding calibre 240 Q, with a recessed 22k gold minirotor and a 38–48-hour power reserve. Its perpetual calendar combines day, date, month, leap-year and 24-hour indications with moon phases.

The white-gold case measures 40mm across the 10–4 o’clock axis and 8.42mm thick. The sunburst blue dial has horizontal embossing and luminous white-gold markers. A sapphire back reveals the movement, and the integrated white-gold bracelet closes with a fold-over clasp.
