The Rolex 126655 is the Yacht-Master 40 in 18 ct Everose gold on the Oysterflex strap: a 40 mm case, a bidirectional rotatable bezel with a matt black Cerachrom insert, an intense black dial and the self-winding calibre 3235 with about 70 hours of power reserve. Rolex's model number is m126655-0002 and its suggested US retail price is $37,700. Bizak & Co. sources it pre-owned from $34,650, or brand new from $36,934.
What sets the 126655 apart
- Everose gold. The case and the Oysterlock clasp are 18 ct Everose, the pink gold alloy Rolex casts in its own foundry.
- A turning Cerachrom bezel. The bezel rotates in both directions and carries a 60-minute graduated matt black ceramic insert for timing intervals, such as the countdown to a regatta start. Cerachrom resists scratches and keeps its colour in sunlight.
- The Oysterflex. Rolex's strap is a titanium and nickel alloy blade overmoulded with black elastomer, closed by an Everose Oysterlock safety clasp. The Glidelock system adjusts the length by about 15 mm without tools.
- Calibre 3235. The 126655 replaced the 116655 in 2019. The 116655, launched in 2015 as the first Rolex on the Oysterflex, used the calibre 3135 with about 48 hours of power reserve; the 3235 gives about 70 hours and is certified a Superlative Chronometer, to -2/+2 seconds a day after casing.

Our five-year Bizak & Co. warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting mechanical operation under normal use, starting on delivery. It is separate from any remaining manufacturer warranty.
Exclusions include accidental damage, misuse, water damage, cosmetic damage, normal wear, loss and theft. Coverage and service availability for vintage or modified watches are confirmed in writing before purchase.
